1- There will not be any refunds of the paid amount in case of cancellation of the reservation.

2- If you amend your booking 7 days before the requested arrival date, no amendment fee will be applied.

3- If you amend your booking 48 hours before the requested arrival date, 30% of the paid amount will be charged as an amendment fee.

4- Amendments made less than 48 hours before the requested arrival date will not be accepted and there will be no refund.

5- Guests are deemed to accept the terms below:
- Guests will be able to check in at 14:00 the earliest, regardless of when they arrive.
- Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 12:00 on the day of check-out.
- Guests are responsible for any extra charges of food and beverage and services (phone calls, room service, laundry & mini bar, etc.)

6- Amendment requests are to be made via fax or e-mail. Amendments requests made over the phone will not be accepted.

7- There will be no refund for no-shows, early check-outs, or if the number of people staying decreases.

8- The hotel management will try to do their utmost to accommodate your special requests. All extra facilities or requests that are not included in the reservation list have to be arranged directly with the hotel after making your reservation. Extra costs may incur and you may be charged for these services.

9- Receipts will be delivered at the time of checking out.

10- The personal information supplied by the costumer is confidential and for internal use only and will never be sold or shared with the third parties.

11- Customers who make reservation with full payment are considered to accept the above mentioned conditions.
