CYPRIOT CULINARY HERITAGE
The most valuable ingredient in any cuisine is memory. Cypriot cuisine is a heritage where the Mediterranean, Anatolia, and the island's own unique history intertwine, passed down through generations via handwritten recipes and grandmothers' tables. At Acapulco, we see this heritage not as a nostalgic corner, but as a living table.
At the Cyprus table, set every evening at 19:30, we set aside a special place for the island's regional recipes. Our chefs prepare these recipes true to their originals, using local ingredients and the freshness of Tarsan Farm. In this way, our guests come to know Cyprus not only through its sea, but through its pots and its tandoor; the island's culinary heritage comes back to life every evening.
For us, this table is more than a menu heading: it's where ingredients from local producers, the knowledge of women artisans, and our respect for Cypriot culture meet on the same plate. Preserving culture is also preserving the future — and for us, it starts at the table.
WHAT'S ON THE TABLE?
The Cyprus table features the island's beloved regional flavors, depending on the period. The selection changes according to the season and the week's schedule.
