Maza Ocakbaşı Restaurant is a gastronomic experience that unites the most authentic and flavourful interpretation of Turkish cuisine with the magic of an open flame. Evoking the warmth of family tables and the centuries-old fireside tradition, this restaurant is one of the most beloved dining destinations at Acapulco Resort.

The menu features a selection of fire-grilled meat dishes, including meatball varieties, shish kebabs, lamb ribs, aubergine kebab, and grilled chicken. These are complemented by dozens of Turkish mezze to enrich your table — baklava, hummus, cacık, purslane salad, and many more.


Visitors who are not hotel guests are also welcome to visit Maza separately. However, as the restaurant tends to be fully booked — especially at weekends and during peak season — advance reservations are strongly advised.
