Produce from Tarsan Farm is in our kitchen by 09:00. But the story of Acapulco's table isn't written in our fields alone: from jam to goat cheese, from honey to traditional delicacies, many flavors come from the hands of Cypriot women producers and local artisans.

We see them not as suppliers, but as business partners with whom we create value together. Thanks to these long-term collaborations built on mutual value, the local production culture continues to thrive; the island's knowledge, ingredients, and labor reach more tables. Behind every product is a name, a village, and years of accumulated experience — which is why we say "every product has a signature."


These flavors, which you encounter at our open buffet and in our kitchens, travel a short path from producer to table while preserving their freshness. As the distance shortens, both the flavor and the contribution to the local economy grow.

Every Thursday throughout the season, producers from all corners of the island set up their stalls at our hotel. From olive oil to handmade ceramics — an opportunity not just to watch Cyprus, but to touch it, taste it, and hear its stories straight from its makers.
